How to apply on-line?

  1. To apply online, candidates are required to visit the UG Admission portal, i.e., eadmission.gmuniversity.ac.in.
  2. The applicant needs to register by clicking on the link "Register Here".
  3. The registration form will consist of basic information like name, mobile number, and email ID and proceed to register.
  4. After submitting the information, there will an OTP validation process to verify the applicant's genuineness and generate the password.
  5. After successful registration, the applicant will be assigned a registration No. and this will be intimate through the registered mobile no and email ID.
  6. Using the same registration no and password, the applicant will proceed and will pay the application fee. (While making Payment of application fees, please select UPI or Rupay card as mode of payment to avoid additional charges.)
  7. After successfully paying the application fee, the applicant will proceed to fill up his personal information in the first step. Photo and Signature should be 100kb file size.
  8. After filling the first step, the applicant will move to step-2 comprising reservation details.
  9. Then go for “Educational Details”
  10. Next step will be your Honours preferences as per your choice, and upload softcopy of your certificate/documents.
  11. Next step will proceed to review the complete application and can edit all steps if required. Now finally click on the Declaration by the Candidate and submit the application.
  12. Then it will show a message “Your application form submitted successfully” on the screen.
  13. After the final submission, the applicant cannot Edit the Online Application Form.
  14. After successfully submission, the applicant will receive another application no in his/her registered mobile no and email id.
  15. Applicants, please note that your application submitted is for one honours subject only. If anyone interested to apply for more than one honours subjects, they are required to fill-up separate application form for each honours subject online & has to pay application fee separately.
  16. All Applicants need to log in with “Applicant Service” using their Registration no and Password for knowing their application status and download the submitted application form.
  17. Selected applicant will be coming for document verification along with this printed form during the admission process.
