Dr. Namrata Behera is a passionate academician and researcher with a rich teaching experience spanning over eight years. She is currently serving as a Guest Faculty at G.M. University, Sambalpur, a position she has held since 2022. Before joining G.M. University, she was associated with R.D. University, Bhubaneswar, and Maharshi College of Natural Law, Bhubaneswar, where she mentored undergraduate, postgraduate, and +2 students across various disciplines. Dr. Behera was awarded her Ph.D. from Utkal University in 2017, with her research focusing on Campus Fiction and Indian Literature, an area in which she has made significant academic contributions. She is deeply committed to integrating humanistic values into literary studies, ensuring that her teaching not only imparts knowledge but also fosters critical thinking and ethical awareness among students. Her current research interests include Dalit narratives, Resistance Literature, and Translation Studies, reflecting her dedication to exploring marginalized voices in literature. Dr. Behera has an impressive publication record, with numerous research papers featured in renowned national and international journals. She has also actively participated in various prestigious conferences, contributing to scholarly discussions and establishing herself as a recognized voice in literary academia. Additionally, she has authored the book Academia: A Literary Glimpse, which provides insightful perspectives on the literary world. Through her research, publications, and teaching, Dr. Behera continues to make a significant impact on literary studies, inspiring students and scholars alike with her dedication to education and research.
