My research area is concerned with the investigation of potential microbe especially with diazotrophs from different geoclimatic conditions and its interaction with specific plant of a region specific and their bioprospecting analysis through in-vitro, in-vivo and in-silico based studies.
My research area concerns the screening of toxic compounds against hAHR, utilizing a structural and functional approach through computational biology studies. Additionally, I focus on bioremediation approaches for these specific toxic compounds using potential microbes, which involves Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) studies, among other techniques
My research area is concerned with the investigation of potential plant-based compounds as RNA helicase inhibitors against pathogenic viruses and their validation through both in-silico and in-vitro studies.
My research work focused on Study the adaptation of various beneficial microbes found in humans and plants to different types of biotic and abiotic stress, also Investigate the cytotoxic effects of microbes and examine how they interact with proteins using different pyrrolo-based scaffolds and different biological potent molecules
I am currently pursuing my PhD in the School of Biotechnology, where my research is dedicated to advancing the field through innovative approaches and methodologies. I have successfully cleared both the CSIR NET and GATE examinations, demonstrating a strong foundation and commitment to excellence in biotechnology research.
Want to contribute some eco-friendly, socially and economically viable product to society and to create revolutionary changes in livelihood of mankind by using my knowledge and technical skills. Being a professional want to get a recognize position in world’s one of the noble profession teachership. I think my humbleness, Patience, hardworking and professional nature will make me perfect to achieve my goal. I have successfully cleared ICAR (NET), CSIR/UGC (NET),GATE (JRF) in ecology and evolution, GATE (JRF) in life sciences (XL). My research area is soil microbiology and currently my Ph.D is on the reclamation of manganese mines spoil.
