                                            Research Area
My research interests lie at the intersection of Human Resource Development (HRD) Climate, Employer Branding, Job Satisfaction, and Human Development Indicators, with a focus on Financial Inclusion. I aim to explore how organizational climates and branding strategies influence job satisfaction and employee development, while also assessing their impact on broader human development indicators. Through empirical studies and theoretical analysis, I seek to uncover the intricate relationships between these factors, contributing to both academic knowledge and practical insights for organizations striving for inclusive growth and sustainable development.
